WHAT TO EXPECT
DURING YOUR VISIT
Your first visit to Foundation Physicians Group will primarily involve screening questions regarding your health and injury or pain. One of our Medical Assistants will work with you initially and take your vitals, and then you will meet with one of our wonderful doctors who can address your specific concerns and recommend treatment options. Please come prepared with your patient info packet completed, and ready to discuss your injury or condition.
